San Francisco Latino Parity & Equity Coalition

SFLPEC unites 20+ agencies and organizations in San Francisco, and is dedicated to ensuring the equitable representation and resources for Latinos in San Francisco.

THE GOAL

Bringing together 20+ organizations, it was essential for SFLPEC to create a unifying strategy to align members, identify and advance shared policy priorities.

Engaged members through retreats, working sessions and dialogue to shape and approve strategic plan.

Conducted landscape analysis, gathering publicly available data on key issues to shape policy priorities and metrics for long-term tracking.
