With more than two decades in social impact measurement and evaluation, Eric has seen how a clearer understanding of impact can improve thousands of lives. He brings experience as an internal evaluator across school districts, nonprofits, foundations, and corporations, helping organizations tell accurate and meaningful stories about their work. Eric approaches evaluation with a utilization lens, ensuring clients can answer “What? So what? and Now what?” and put findings into practice. A self-described “evaluation nerd,” he has written on qualitative inquiry, evaluator competencies, and LGBTQ+ evaluation. He served on the Board of Directors of the American Evaluation Association from 2018 to 2020 and currently serves on the Editorial Advisory Board of the American Journal of Evaluation.
